The Alliance supports efforts to reform our nation's health care system and understands the need to control growth in spending. It is imperative that this effort continue to allow patients to access the high quality specialty care services they require. The Alliance believes that in order to achieve this goal, any law enacted to reform the health care system must include a long term fix for Medicare's flawed sustainable growth rate formula, proven medical liability reforms and efforts to improve quality and access to specialty care.
