Today the Alliance thanked Rep. Michael Capuano (D-MA) and Rep. Shelley Berkley (D-NV) for being the first two Democrats to cosponsor H.R. 452, the Medicare Decisions Accountability Act of 2011. This bill, introduced by Rep. Phil Roe (R-TN), would repeal the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB) as part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148).
