The Alliance of Specialty Medicine wrote to the Chairman and Ranking Member of the Senate Health, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee asking them to hold a hearing on the benefits of telemedicine in light of the temporary flexibilities and regulatory revisions granted by Congress and the Administration.  These changes, granted to provide greater access to care during the COVID-19 pandemic, have greatly helped patients receive treatment without the added risks of exposure to infection of the virus.
