Organizations with the Alliance of Specialty Medicine submitted a comment letter in response to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Unleashing Prosperity Through Deregulation of the Medicare Program Request for Information (RFI). Through this RFI, CMS sought feedback from the public on ways to cut back on redundant or burdensome Medicare regulations, including quality and data reporting requirements, as well as other documentation requirements that impose a significant burden on providers and beneficiaries.
